Essential condition to access the form
No returns will be accepted for products for which we have not previously received the withdrawal notification through the indicated means, as established by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, Articles 102 and following).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at contacto@invitadisima.com, by post: INVITADISIMA, Martín de los Heros 66, 28008, Madrid, or via WhatsApp: +34 686 07 99 00, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may also use the withdrawal form available in the Shipping and Returns section.

Once your request has been processed, you will receive a return label that you must attach to the package before sending it.
Return costs
Return costs depend on your location and will be deducted from the refund amount, except in cases of defect or error in the product, in which case INVITADISIMA will cover all costs.

Multibrand platform: considerations

If you purchased products from different suppliers and wish to return them, each product must be sent to its respective supplier. Return costs will be calculated proportionally to the number of packages to be shipped.

If all the products in your order belong to the same supplier, the return can be made in a single package, thus optimizing shipping costs.
Rights under the law

Right of withdrawal: you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

Refund: we will refund all payments received for the returned products.

Condition of the product for return: the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered (use limited to what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning). If there are manipulations that alter its value, we may apply a proportional reduction in the refund or reject the return.
