Shipping and Returns

Product shipment

Standard shipments are free of charge in Spain. As a basic rule, the products are shipped within 48 hours following the reception of the payment, through varies companies such as UPS, MRW o Correos Express (among others) With a tracking number and no signature required at the moment of delivery.

If you want a 24/48 H express delivery, you must specify it at the moment of ordering and you will be charged an additional cost. Do not hesitate to contact us in case you have any doubt at the moment of using this shipping option. Not all brands accept this shipment method, please read the product description carefully. Whatever the shipment method of your choice you will be provided with a tracking number. Any shipping cost covers for the manipulation, transportation and postal fees. Manipulation costs are fixed while transportation costs can vary depending on the weight of the product. We recommend you regroup all your articles in one order. If you order products from different companies, you will receive the products in several instances and from different shipping companies. We decline all responsibility for any damage that may occur during the transport, however we do our best to make our fragile products the most secure possible. Packages and big in order to ensure safety of transportation. Shipping may be subjected to border taxes in case of foreign shipment.To meet the deadlines set due to the conditions of the courier companies: Orders placed after 14.00h are counted as orders placed the next day. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends are counted as orders placed on Monday. 

  • Free shipping to mainland: shipping is done in the following 5 to 7 working days on products in stock. The reception of the same is done in the following two working days.
  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 working days on products in stock. The reception of the same is realized in the following two working days.
  • Shipping in 1-3 working days on products in stock. The reception of the same is realized in the following two working days.
  • Shipping in 20 calendar days on products in stock. The reception of the same is realized in the following week.

CUSTOMSCustoms charges will always be paid by the customer. These charges are NOT included in the price of the product or in the shipping costs. In case of rejection of the package by the recipient, the amount of return and customs will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.


During holidays, summer, Christmas, Easter, etc., our ateliers may have days off, so orders may suffer delays in their shipments and/or productions and the shipping times established at the end of the purchase will not be taken into account.

Shipment Return
Our objective is always to insure our clients satisfaction, which we aim to achieve everyday. At this time it is not possible to insure free return, for it is depending on the client. We will do all that is in our power in order to make it possible. 

We accept returns from 7 to 15 days,  Depending on the return policy of the brand regarding this specific product.

In our high fashion section and for products hand tailored, returns are not accepted. We refuse returns of jewelry and other accesories for reasons of hygiene.

We don't accept returns of products made to order or made to your measurements. We don't accept returns of accesories for reasons of hygiene.

The return fees are billed to the client.

We don't accept returns of products, made to order or tailored to your measurements for any product or brand.

In the case of a purchase through our website, and if you desire to change its size or color please contact us at . This change will be considered as binding and will generate a new bill, therefore invalidating the previous one.

The brands: Jeorjett, Pollardi Fashion Group, Emabride, Silviamo, Oksana Mukha, Lanesta and Ricca Sposa are not in stock. All their products are made to order and are produced exclusively for the customer as specified in the product cards. This is why there is no option of dissent according to art. 103 of the Consumer Law and there is no right of withdrawal on custom-made or personalised purchases. The manufacturing time is approximately two months plus shipping time. Being ateliers located in Europe and Eastern Europe such as Russia, Ukraine or Poland among others, their shipping times may be longer than usual due to customs retentions and distance. INVITADISIMA is not responsible for these shipping times and delays as it depends on the courier companies and customs institutions. Express shipments are made after customs clearance.

Return policies

Return policy

Customers have a withdrawal period of between 3 and 14 working days, depending on the policy of each brand (read in the description of the same) from the date of receipt within which you can revoke the purchase and the company will refund the amount paid. If you wish to make a return please contact and we will send you the instructions so you can make your return. Upon receipt of the return, the company undertakes to reimburse you. Jewelry and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We take pictures with flash, so the color of the products may vary slightly from the pictures.

To effectively carry out the right of withdrawal it will be necessary:

  • Come in its original packaging: box, bags, labels.
  • Not come with stains.
  • Not be used or damaged.
  • Comply with all the specifications in this section.


In the event that INVITADISIMA fails to comply with its obligations or delivery times stipulated in this section due to Force Majeure, this will not be considered as a breach of contract or obligations to its customers. In no case will the money be refunded, the money will only be refunded in the event that the order cannot be carried out in the future, being null and void the terms and conditions and the withdrawal by the consumer. We consider force majeure: Acts of terrorism, war, floods, natural disasters or humanitarian alarms. 


- No returns are allowed on jewelry items, accessories, bags or headdresses for hygiene reasons.

- In articles made to order, made to order or custom made, returns are not allowed because they have been made specifically for the customer. This is why there is no option of dissent under art. 103 of the Consumer Law: there is no right of dissent in personalised or tailor-made purchases.

- Once a product is made to order or custom-made, you have one hour to make changes or modifications to your order. Once this time has passed, the order has been delivered to the workshop for cutting and it is impossible for us to make changes or cancellations.

- If you change your size, the return times are counted from the day you receive your first order. In the case of returning an exchange of size, the cost of the second shipment with its collection will be deducted: 12€. On the mainland.

 - Outlet and sales: in outlet and sales products you have 3 working days to make the return.

- In the event that a product of jewelry or accessories is received defective, we will proceed to replace the product, for an equal one, in no case the money will be refunded.

- In all cases the returns are at the customer's expense, and must be certified, since the purchased items will always be the customer's responsibility, until the arrival of its warehouse. Please remember that they must always be sent in their original packaging.

- Returns will be made directly to the brands, which may not be located in the Spanish territory.

The consumer will have a period of fourteen calendar days from receipt of the package to exercise the right of withdrawal. 

In the event that the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal of a product purchased at, he/she must inform via email informing of the desire to return the package as long as the conditions mentioned above in this section are met; in no case will having contacted the brand or supplier directly be considered as accreditation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must include in the email the reason for the exchange or return, the number of the order and the day you received it (this will be checked with the courier company). This document will be used as a document to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The day the package is received at its destination counts as the first day of calculation.

Under no circumstances may the package remain in the customer's possession for more than 15 calendar days. If the package is not dispatched within this period, the consumer loses the right to exercise his right of withdrawal even if he has given notice of his wish to do so within the stipulated time.


In any case, the customer must assume the return shipping costs.

For information purposes and unless the particular conditions of sale or contract provide for a different cost due to the particularity of the product to be returned, the return shipping costs in the case of using the INVITADISIMA return system for the present are 6.95 € for the mainland or Balearic Islands and 12 € for the Canary Islands and Portugal.

To contract this service you must:

  • Have a printer to print the label that will be provided in your email. 
  • Comply with all the conditions specified in this section.
  • Contact to request it.

The amount will be deducted from the amount to be returned. 

- The maximum period for reimbursement exercised by INVITADISIMA, is a maximum of 14 days from the time the customer approves the right of dissent and the order arrives at our warehouses and the conditions of the same are checked and that it has not been used. This period may vary depending on the return periods of the banks.

Packages returned by our returns service are not insured. If the customer wishes insurance on the return, this must be indicated and will be added to the cost of the shipment. This amount will be calculated according to the value of the package.

FORCE MAJEURE - events beyond our control

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of our obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). Force Majeure shall include any act, event, default, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the following:

1. strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.

2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.

4. Impossibility of the use of trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.

5. Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.

6. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions by any government or public authority.

7. Obligations shall be deemed to be suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure Event continues, and we shall have an extension of time to perform such obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. We will use all reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution that will enable us to perform our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.
