SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free to mainland Spain as a courtesy to our customers.

As a general rule, orders are processed within 48-72 hours after payment is received for products in stock. Shipping is carried out via various courier companies such as UPS, MRW, or Correos Express (among many others) with tracking numbers and delivery without signature. While we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time of a product, we always strive to ensure that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible.

Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will do our best to provide a tracking link so you can follow up on your order. Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. Under no circumstances do shipping costs include potential customs fees.

We advise you to group all your items into a single order. If you order multiple products from different brands, they will be delivered in separate packages and/or by different courier companies. Don’t worry, this is completely normal.

 

To meet the established deadlines due to courier conditions: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be considered as placed the next day. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be considered as placed on Monday.

 

Available Shipping Types:

  • Free Shipping to Mainland Spain: Shipping is done within the next 5 to 15 business days for products in stock. This may also depend on logistics and demand.
  • International Shipping: The shipping time and cost will depend on the destination country.
  • National Shipping for Made-to-Order Products: 15-25 business days. These are products made to order and produced upon request. They are manufactured in Spain. If you have any questions about this type of shipping, you can contact us at [email protected].
  • International Shipping for Made-to-Order Products: 45-120 business days. These are products made to order and produced upon request. Since these products are made outside of Spain, the exact shipping times may vary due to customs procedures if applicable. If you have any questions about this type of shipping, you can contact us at [email protected].

Holidays: During holiday periods such as summer, Christmas, Easter, etc., our ateliers may have days off, which could result in delays in shipping and/or production. The established shipping times will not be considered during these periods.

If you are not home when the delivery is attempted, the package will be left at the nearest collection point. If the buyer refuses the package, the buyer will bear the management and shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

 

Receiving the Package

We cannot be held responsible for who receives the package. The courier companies communicate with the recipient and request their personal information to ensure delivery. If the package is collected by someone you have authorized with the courier company or received by a third party, the latter has a legal right to the package, and your right of withdrawal begins from that day.

Please note that if you keep a package that you did not order, you are committing a crime of misappropriation, which is punishable under the Penal Code. The penalty in these cases depends on the value of the appropriated product. Typically, this can result in a sentence of 3 to 6 months in prison.

 

Customs

Customs charges will always be borne by the recipient. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping costs. If the recipient refuses the package, the return and customs fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We are working to ensure that customs charges are not passed on to our customers, but due to Brexit and factors beyond our control, there are brands on our platform that may incur customs charges. Order Processing and Shipping

When making a purchase on our website, it is important to distinguish between order processing and product shipment.

Order Processing:

Order processing refers to the time required to verify, prepare, and package the products purchased. This process may include confirming item availability, validating payment information, and performing quality checks. The estimated order processing time is 48-72 hours for in-stock products and begins once payment has been confirmed.

Shipping:

Shipping refers to the period required for the order, once processed, to be transported from our facilities to the address indicated by the customer. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method selected by the customer and the destination location. Estimated shipping times are calculated from the time the order has been processed and delivered to the carrier.

It is important to note that processing and shipping times are separate and should be considered when calculating the estimated delivery date of your order.

FORCE MAJEURE - events beyond our control

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of the obligations assumed when the same is due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Cause). Force Majeure Causes shall include any act, event, failure to exercise, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and among others, the following:

1. strikes, lockouts, or other industrial action.

2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (declared or undeclared), or threat or preparation for war.

3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.

4. Impossibility of the use of trains, ships, airplanes, motor transport or other means of transportation, public or private.

5. Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.

6. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or public authority.

7. Obligations shall be deemed to be suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure Event continues, and we shall have an extension of time to perform such obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. We will use all reasonable efforts to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution that will allow us to perform our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.

RETURNS POLICY

Return Policy

At Invitadisima.com, we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience and maximum satisfaction with every order. We believe in transparency and integrity in all our transactions, including returns. Below is our Return Policy, which is governed by applicable laws, including the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

 

  1. Right of Withdrawal By applicable legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order, without needing to justify your decision. You may withdraw partially or fully from your purchase within this period.
  2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must comply with the following conditions:
    • Product Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, i.e., new, unused, without stains, odors (including tobacco, perfume, or sweat odors among others), and without signs of having been washed or handled. Products must be in the same condition as when they were sent, including tags, original packaging—or in its absence, packaging that ensures safe shipping—and any accessories or documentation provided with the order: order sheets, invoices, etc.
    • Return Period: The return request must be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Once the withdrawal has been notified, the customer must send the products within a maximum of 2 working days from the receipt of the return label. If this deadline is not met, Invitadisima.com reserves the right to reject the return.
    • Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for custom-made garments, personalized items, altered or modified items, or personal use items such as earrings or other accessories if their packaging has been opened or tampered with.
  3. Rejection of Late Returns or Returns in Poor Conditions Invitadisima.com reserves the right to reject returns that are communicated or sent outside the legal deadline or that do not meet the conditions mentioned above. This includes items that arrive in poor condition, incomplete, with incorrect content (e.g., items not belonging to our brand/company), or that show signs of use, stains, odors, or the absence of any original elements such as tags, linings, belts, embellishments, seals, covers, or garment bags.
  4. If an item is rejected for any of these reasons, we will contact you. If the item is not collected within 60 days of our notification, it will be considered abandoned, and we will not be responsible for it.
  5. Return Process You have two options for making a return:
  6. 3.1. Return via Invitadisima.com Invitadisima.com offers a simple return service through our service provider, Dawa. To use this service:
    • Access the dawa panel from this link: https://customer.dawa.io/invitadisima
    • Complete the return form on our website or access the returns system.
    • Once the request has been processed, you will receive a return label that you must affix to the package before shipping.
    • Return costs will vary depending on the location:
      • Spain (Peninsula): 7.50 euros
      • Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 17.50 euros
      • Europe: 17.50 euros
      • International (outside the EU): 22.50 euros
  7. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a defect or error in the product, in which case Invitadisima.com will cover all costs.
  8. 3.2. Return on Your Own If you prefer to manage the return on your own, follow these steps:
    • Send an email to [email protected] indicating your intention to return the product, including your full name, order number, and details of the items to be returned.
    • Pack the product securely, including all necessary documentation, and send it to the provided address.
    • All costs associated with the return shipment, including possible customs fees if the shipment is outside the European Union, will be your responsibility.
  9. Important: Invitadisima.com is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during self-managed shipping. It is recommended to use a tracked shipping method.
  10. Refund Periods Once the returned products have been received and verified, Invitadisima.com will process the corresponding refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  11. Disclaimer Invitadisima.com is not responsible for the loss, damage, or delay of return packages when the shipping service has not been provided directly by us. If you organize the return package shipment, you will assume the risk until the package reaches our facilities.

Refund Policy

Please note: This refund and return policy applies only to orders made through our online store. Purchases made in physical stores are subject to the specific guidelines of the point of sale, which are duly indicated at the establishment.

How long do I have to request an exchange or return?

According to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or return. If you do not make the request within this period, the return will be rejected, and you will need to pay the shipping costs for the product to be returned to you, or arrange for its collection through your transport company, with prior authorization from us. For your return to be approved, we will verify that the product(s) are in perfect condition, unused, with no signs of use, no odors, unwashed, and with intact tags.

Which products cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns of products made to order, tailored, or personalized. These products are exclusively manufactured for the customer once the order has been placed. At INVITADISIMA, we are committed to sustainable fashion (slow fashion), which promotes responsible use of resources, avoiding the unnecessary production of garments that may not be consumed.

 

Return Policy for Made-to-Order or Tailored Products

At INVITADISIMA, we work with several brands that manufacture their products exclusively to order and/or tailored for each customer. According to Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Law 3/2014), returns are not accepted for products that have been made according to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. This policy applies to products from the following brands:

AVICTOR, AFG Brand, &LEO, DIVAIN, EB Fashion Group, Eme Jewels, Jett Guest, KS, Mukha, PF Luxe, SV Luxury, Christian Koehlert, HOKU (indicating made-to-order product), Muses of Brides, Nuribel (indicating made-to-order product), Nuribel Couture (indicating made-to-order product), Sposa Couture, Lauren Lynn London (indicating made-to-order product), Vinti Vintae, F&F, L&B, PF Luxe Bridal, Cala By Lilian, Greek Couture, Nesta Couture, JVN, KZL, Monísima de la Muerte. The manufacturing time for these products can vary between two and four months, plus shipping times.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned products. Once you have completed and submitted the return form, we will start processing the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. You can choose to have the package collected at the address you provide or send it yourself using the courier service of your choice.

 

Modification of these Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will not have a retroactive effect. If you do not agree with the changes made, we recommend that you do not use our website.
