SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs

Spain (Peninsula):

Free standard shipping.

Express shipping: from £5.95.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: from £12.50.

Europe: from £17.50.

International (outside the EU): from £22.50.

The exact costs will be shown at checkout before confirming the purchase, depending on the destination and weight/volume of the order.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and transport, but do not include any customs charges, which will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Preparation and delivery times

Products in stock:

Standard: the order is processed within 48–72 hours after payment confirmation and delivery takes 5–15 working days.

Express (mainland only): delivery within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

Products made to order or to measure (manufactured in Spain): between 15–25 working days.

Products made to order or to specification (manufactured outside Spain): between 45–120 working days (may vary due to customs procedures).

Orders placed after 2 p.m. are counted as having been placed on the following working day. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends are counted as having been placed on Monday.

During holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, summer, etc.), workshops and suppliers may have days off. This may delay production and shipping times.

We will always try to provide a tracking number so that you can locate your order. Delivery is usually made without a signature, except in cases where the courier requires one.

Special features of the multi-brand platform

INVITADISIMA is a multi-brand platform.

If your order includes products from different suppliers, you will receive them in separate packages and/or from different courier companies.

We recommend grouping items into a single order whenever possible.

Receiving the Package

We cannot be held responsible for who receives the package. The courier companies communicate with the recipient and request their personal information to ensure delivery. If the package is collected by someone you have authorized with the courier company or received by a third party, the latter has a legal right to the package, and your right of withdrawal begins from that day.

Please note that if you keep a package that you did not order, you are committing a crime of misappropriation, which is punishable under the Penal Code. The penalty in these cases depends on the value of the appropriated product. Typically, this can result in a sentence of 3 to 6 months in prison.

 

Customs

Customs charges will always be borne by the recipient. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping costs. If the recipient refuses the package, the return and customs fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We are working to ensure that customs charges are not passed on to our customers, but due to Brexit and factors beyond our control, there are brands on our platform that may incur customs charges. Order Processing and Shipping

When making a purchase on our website, it is important to distinguish between order processing and product shipment.

Order Processing:

Order processing refers to the time required to verify, prepare, and package the products purchased. This process may include confirming item availability, validating payment information, and performing quality checks. The estimated order processing time is 48-72 hours for in-stock products and begins once payment has been confirmed.

Shipping:

Shipping refers to the period required for the order, once processed, to be transported from our facilities to the address indicated by the customer. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method selected by the customer and the destination location. Estimated shipping times are calculated from the time the order has been processed and delivered to the carrier.

It is important to note that processing and shipping times are separate and should be considered when calculating the estimated delivery date of your order.

FORCE MAJEURE - events beyond our control

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of the obligations assumed when the same is due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Cause). Force Majeure Causes shall include any act, event, failure to exercise, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and among others, the following:

1. strikes, lockouts, or other industrial action.

2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (declared or undeclared), or threat or preparation for war.

3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.

4. Impossibility of the use of trains, ships, airplanes, motor transport or other means of transportation, public or private.

5. Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.

6. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or public authority.

7. Obligations shall be deemed to be suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure Event continues, and we shall have an extension of time to perform such obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. We will use all reasonable efforts to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution that will allow us to perform our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.

RETURNS POLICY

Return Policy

At Invitadisima.com, we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience and maximum satisfaction with every order. We believe in transparency and integrity in all our transactions, including returns. Below is our Return Policy, which is governed by applicable laws, including the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at INVITADISIMA, Martin de los Heros 66, 28008, Madrid, Spain or at contacto@invitadisima.com, +34 686 07 99 00; of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

You also have the option of completing and submitting the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically via our website https://invitadisima.com/es/contacto-invitadisima. If you choose this option, we will notify you without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email) of the receipt of such withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of this right before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.

We will preferably collect the goods through our returns portal: https://customer.dawa.io/invitadisima. Under no circumstances will we accept returns without having received notification of withdrawal through the above-mentioned means. We also offer you the possibility of returning or delivering the goods directly to us.

We will not be responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This means that if the product is not returned in the same condition in which it was delivered — because it has been handled in a way that affects its value or original presentation — we may apply a proportional reduction in the refund or, where appropriate, refuse to accept it.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:

- The supply of goods made to the consumer's and user's specifications or clearly personalised. These products are marked as ‘Made to Measure’ or ‘made to order’ on the product pages on our website. - The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. In accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Law 3/2014), customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without having to provide a reason.

Important:

INVITADISIMA does not cover the costs of returning goods.

Only the amount corresponding to products returned in the same condition in which they were delivered will be refunded.

If the product is not returned in its original condition—because it has been handled in a way that affects its value or presentation—we may apply a proportional reduction to the refund or, where appropriate, refuse to accept it.

How long do I have to request an exchange or return?

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw, exchange, or return it. The request must be made through the designated channels:

To make an exchange or return, you can use our returns portal (only use once you have exercised your right of withdrawal as established by law): https://customer.dawa.io/invitadisima. We also offer you the option of returning or delivering the goods directly to us.

We will not accept returns of products for which we have not previously received notification of withdrawal through the indicated means, as established by the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, articles 102 et seq.).

Which products cannot be returned?

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to:

Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. These products are marked on the product pages of our website as “Custom-made” or “Made to order.”

Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery.

In particular, the following brands manufacture products to order and/or made to measure, so their items cannot be returned: AVICTOR, AFG Brand, &LEO, DIVAIN, EB Fashion Group, Eme Jewels, Jett Guest, KS, Mukha, PF Luxe, SV Luxury, Christian Koehlert, HOKU (made to order), Muses of Brides, Nuribel (made to order), Nuribel Couture (made to order), Sposa Couture, Lauren Lynn London (made to order), Vinti Vintae, F&F, L&B, PF Luxe Bridal, Cala By Lilian, Greek Couture, Nesta Couture, JVN, KZL, Monísima de la Muerte.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we receive the returned goods and verify their condition. Payment will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

You can choose to have the package picked up at the address indicated using the returns portal, or send it yourself through the courier company of your choice.

Modification of conditions

INVITADISIMA reserves the right to modify this returns and refunds policy at any time. Modifications will not be retroactive.
