Shipping and Returns

Product shipment

As a general rule, orders are processed within 48 hours after receipt of payment. The shipment is made through different courier companies such as UPS, MRW or Correos Express (among many others) with tracking number and delivery without signature. We cannot guarantee the shipping time of a product 100%, but we always try to ensure that you receive your purchase as soon as possible.

Whichever shipping method you choose, we will try to provide you with a link to track your order. Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges as well as postal charges. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport charges may vary according to the total weight of the package. In no case do the shipping costs include possible customs charges.

We advise you to group all your items in the same order. If you order more than one product of different brands, the products will arrive in different packages and/or with different courier companies. Do not worry, this is completely normal.

To meet the deadlines set due to the conditions of the courier companies: Orders placed after 14.00h are counted as orders placed the next day. Orders placed on Friday or weekend, are counted as placed on Monday.

Types of shipments available:

- International shipments: Depending on the country to which the shipment is to be made, the shipping days and cost will depend on the country.

- National shipments of products under order: From 15 - 25 working days. They are products that are made to order and made up at the time of ordering. They are made in Spain. If you have any questions about this type of shipment, you can write to [email protected]

- Shipment of products under international orders: From 45 - 120 working days. These are products that are made to order and made up at the time of ordering. They are products that are made outside Spain, therefore, the exact shipping times may vary due to customs procedures in case there are any. If you have any doubt about this type of shipment, you can write to us at [email protected].

Holidays : In holiday periods such as summer, Christmas, Easter..., our ateliers may have days off, so orders may suffer delays in their shipments and / or productions and will not take into account the established shipping times at the time of ordering.

In the case of not being at home we will proceed to leave the package at the nearest collection center. If the package is refused by the buyer the management and shipping costs are borne by the buyer and this amount will be deducted to be paid.

Receipt of the package

We cannot be responsible for who receives the package. The courier companies communicate with the receiver and ask for his personal data to guarantee the delivery of the package. If the package is picked up by someone you have authorized to the courier company or has been received by a third party, the latter has a legal right over it and your right of withdrawal starts to run from that day.

We must remind you that if you keep a package that you have not ordered you are committing a crime of misappropriation, which is typified in the Penal Code. The fine in these cases depends on the value of the appropriated product. You will usually face a penalty of between 3 and 6 months in jail.


Customs charges will always be borne by the recipient. These charges are NOT included in the price of the product or in the shipping costs. In case of refusal of the package by the recipient, the amount of return and customs will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

We are working so that customs charges are not charged to our customers, but due to Brexit and causes beyond our control, there are brands on the platform that may have customs charges. FORCE MAJEURE - events beyond our control

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of our obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). Force Majeure shall include any act, event, default, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the following:

1. Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.

2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.

4. Impossibility of the use of trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.

5. Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.

6. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions by any government or public authority.

7. Obligations shall be deemed to be suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure Event continues, and we shall have an extension of time to perform such obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. We will use all reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution that will enable us to perform our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.


In, we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience and the utmost satisfaction with each of their orders. We believe in transparency and integrity in all our transactions, including returns. Therefore, we present our Returns Policy below, which is governed by the Right of Withdrawal Law.

  1. What is the maximum period for exchanges and returns?

According to the Right of Withdrawal Law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a period of 14 natural days from the receipt of your order, without the need to provide a justification. This means that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it at no additional cost.

If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract in whole or in part within a period of 14 natural days from the receipt of the package without the need for justification. reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent outside the legal period stipulated or that are not in the same condition in which they were sent (stains, odors - including tobacco odors -, signs of use, damage, or alterations).

   2. Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. All items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, without stains, or odors - including tobacco odor - and without signs of use. They must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent and received, otherwise, they will be returned to the customer. This includes product tags and the invoice with which the product was shipped.
  2. You must return the complete product, including all accessories and items that accompanied it in its original shipment.
  3. The return request must be made within 14 natural days from the receipt of your order.
  4. Changes and returns of custom-made, made-to-order, or altered garments are not accepted.
  5. We will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs if we can manage the return of the package to your address using our usual shipping methods.
  6. Online orders cannot be returned in physical stores. This return policy applies exclusively to orders placed online on our website.
  7. The deadline for sending the return is 2 business days after the right of withdrawal has been notified (from the date the label is received). If the return is not made within this period, the return may not be accepted according to the terms and conditions of the applicable contract or return policy. It is important to meet this deadline to ensure the right to return is preserved.

2.1. Out of Deadline or Poor Conditions:

If we receive an item outside the stipulated legal period, in poor condition, incomplete, with incorrect content (for example, items that do not belong to our brand/company), or that does not meet the conditions for withdrawal (with signs of use, odors, stains of any kind, and in the absence of any element belonging to the item such as linings, belts, ornaments, or the components of its packaging such as seals, covers, garment bags, and original labels attached to the garment as they were sent), you will not be entitled to a refund of the corresponding amounts.

We will contact you, and if 60 days have passed since we made the item available to you and it has not been collected or you refuse to receive it, we will consider it abandoned.

3. How to make a return?

Then, in the form itself, you only need to indicate the reason for the exchange or return and whether you want us to pick it up from your address or if you want to make the return yourself at a "pickup point."

4. How does the process work?

To successfully request a return, you must access the return form, which will redirect you to a portal.

  • In the portal, include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
  • Click on each item you want to return and its corresponding return method.
  • Select your preferred logistics method and complete the process.
  • Once the process is complete, you will receive a label to return the product. You should attach it to the package and follow the instructions provided in the email containing the label.

Include the order code - a sequence of uppercase letters - that appears in the order confirmation email you received when you made the purchase (e.g., XXXXXXXXX) and your email address (the one you used for the purchase).

5. When will I receive my label?

If you have already processed the return and cannot find the label:

Please check your inbox for an email from the following address: [email protected]. It may have ended up in your spam folder, so please check there as well.

If you live outside the European Union and have not received the label 48 hours after requesting the process, it is because we are still gathering the necessary documents for customs clearance. Please allow us a little more time, and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

Return Costs:

If you wish to use the INVITADISIMA return system, including insurance for your return, we will deduct the following amounts:

  • Shipments from Spain (mainland): 7.50 euros.
  • Shipments from the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 17.50 euros.
  • Shipments from Europe: 17.50 euros.
  • International shipments (outside the EU): 22.50 euros.

This will be the shipping cost that you must bear for each return box you need to send us, except in the case of a return due to defects or errors in the product. In that case, INVITADISIMA will cover all related expenses, and you should contact [email protected] to handle this specific order.

If the customer receives multiple products from different brands and wants to proceed with different returns, each item must be packaged individually and in the same condition in which it was received. You must also attach the corresponding label that will be sent to you via email.

If the customer chooses to consolidate the return of two or more different items in a single package, a separate charge will apply for each return, regardless of whether they are grouped in the same shipment. This could affect the 2-business-day period to send the item and may cancel your return. You will need to start the withdrawal process again, taking into account the legal deadline from the day you received the package.

Rever is an external service independent of Invitadisima, and since this contract constitutes a relationship with an external service provider, Invitadisima assumes no responsibility for the loss of the package, damages, and delays in receiving the package, and disclaims any liability in this regard.

On your own:

If you wish to make a return on your own, we offer this option, but please note that you must follow these steps and assume all costs associated with the return to our facilities:

  • Your full name.
  • Order number - sequence of uppercase letters.
  • Details of the products you wish to return with reasons for the return.
  • Return process: Once you have contacted us, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. This will include information about the shipping address and any specific requirements for packaging.
  • Packaging of the items to be returned and shipping: Package the items you wish to return securely and following our instructions. Make sure to include all necessary documentation, such as the return slip.
  • Shipping costs: Please remember that by choosing this option, you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return to our facilities, including shipping costs and any additional fees that may be imposed by the courier service or customs fees if shipping outside the European Union.
  • Tracking the shipment: We recommend tracking the shipment to ensure it arrives safely at our facilities. INVITADISIMA is not responsible for packages that do not reach our facilities.

Once we receive the returned products and verify their condition, we will proceed with the return processing according to our return policy. If you have any questions or need more information about this process, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or through our customer service.

Important: We offer all our customers the possibility to process and manage the shipment of their return orders through our web platform for their convenience. However, if there is a computer error unrelated to our company, or if you prefer, you can also send us the package on your own using the method of return you find most convenient within the current legal deadline (in this case, if the return method is chosen by the customer, there will be no refund of any return shipping costs on our part, and the customer will be responsible for the item until it is delivered to our facilities). Please note that, having delivered the order, if you exercise the legal or contractual right of withdrawal and you organize the transport yourself, without us having offered this service, we cannot assume the risk of the return package for reasons not attributable to INVITADISIMA or its partner brands.


1. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, within a maximum of 14 natural days, and it will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase. Only the cost of the products will be refunded, never the shipping costs, if applicable. In case we reject your return due to items not being in perfect condition or being outside the time frame, you will receive an email stating the reasons for the rejection of your return.

Please remember that this exchange and return policy is solely for orders placed online. Orders made in-store have their own policies, which are clearly indicated at the point of sale.

2. How long do I have to request an exchange or return?

You have 14 natural days to request an exchange or return from the day you receive the item. If the exchange or return is not requested within these 14 days, it will be rejected, and you will have to cover the shipping costs for us to resend it to you, or you can arrange the return through your own shipping company, provided you notify us in advance and receive our authorization. To approve the return, we will ensure that the product(s) is/are in perfect condition, unused, without any signs of use, odors, unwashed, and with their tags attached.

3. What can't I return?

Custom-made, made-to-measure, or personalized products - these types of products are crafted exclusively for you when you place the order. At INVITADISIMA, we are very committed to slow fashion, which makes the fashion industry increasingly sustainable and avoids unnecessary resource consumption on items that may or may not be sold.

The brands that work on a made-to-order basis and do not have available stock include: AVICTOR, AFG Brand, CS, EB Fashion Group Jett Guest, KS, Mukha, PF Luxe, SV luxury, VSS Couture, Christian Koehlert, Nuribel Sposa Couture (for products indicated as made-to-order), Lauren Lynn London (for products indicated as made-to-order), Cala By Lilian. For this reason, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 103 of the Consumer Protection Law for custom-made or personalized purchases. The manufacturing time for these items can range from two to four months, plus shipping times.

4. When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 natural days. Once you complete and submit the form, we will proceed to handle the return using the same payment method used for the purchase. You can choose to have us collect it from the address you specify or send it back yourself.

5. Modification of these conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The modifications introduced will not have a retroactive effect. If you do not agree with the modifications made, we recommend not using our website.
