Shipping and Returns

Product shipment

As a general rule, orders are processed within 48 hours after receipt of payment. The shipment is made through different courier companies such as UPS, MRW or Correos Express (among many others) with tracking number and delivery without signature. We cannot guarantee the shipping time of a product 100%, but we always try to ensure that you receive your purchase as soon as possible.

Whichever shipping method you choose, we will try to provide you with a link to track your order. Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges as well as postal charges. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport charges may vary according to the total weight of the package. In no case do the shipping costs include possible customs charges.

We advise you to group all your items in the same order. If you order more than one product of different brands, the products will arrive in different packages and/or with different courier companies. Do not worry, this is completely normal.

To meet the deadlines set due to the conditions of the courier companies: Orders placed after 14.00h are counted as orders placed the next day. Orders placed on Friday or weekend, are counted as placed on Monday.

Types of shipments available:

- International shipments: Depending on the country to which the shipment is to be made, the shipping days and cost will depend on the country.

- National shipments of products under order: From 15 - 25 working days. They are products that are made to order and made up at the time of ordering. They are made in Spain. If you have any questions about this type of shipment, you can write to [email protected]

- Shipment of products under international orders: From 45 - 120 working days. These are products that are made to order and made up at the time of ordering. They are products that are made outside Spain, therefore, the exact shipping times may vary due to customs procedures in case there are any. If you have any doubt about this type of shipment, you can write to us at [email protected]

Holidays : In holiday periods such as summer, Christmas, Easter..., our ateliers may have days off, so orders may suffer delays in their shipments and / or productions and will not take into account the established shipping times at the time of ordering.

In the case of not being at home we will proceed to leave the package at the nearest collection center. If the package is refused by the buyer the management and shipping costs are borne by the buyer and this amount will be deducted to be paid.

Receipt of the package

We cannot be responsible for who receives the package. The courier companies communicate with the receiver and ask for his personal data to guarantee the delivery of the package. If the package is picked up by someone you have authorized to the courier company or has been received by a third party, the latter has a legal right over it and your right of withdrawal starts to run from that day.

We must remind you that if you keep a package that you have not ordered you are committing a crime of misappropriation, which is typified in the Penal Code. The fine in these cases depends on the value of the appropriated product. You will usually face a penalty of between 3 and 6 months in jail.

Customs

Customs charges will always be borne by the recipient. These charges are NOT included in the price of the product or in the shipping costs. In case of refusal of the package by the recipient, the amount of return and customs will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

We are working so that customs charges are not charged to our customers, but due to Brexit and causes beyond our control, there are brands on the platform that may have customs charges. Shipment Return

Our aim is to make the customer experience as good as possible, and we try to improve every day. At the moment it is not possible for us to offer a free returns service, so it is at the customer's expense, but we can offer home collection with insurance of your parcel to ensure you get your money back in the event that it is lost or does not arrive in perfect condition.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, starting to count as the first day the day you receive the product(s). 

All purchases made on the web, must be returned using this form and you will choose whether you want to send it by our service or on your own, in both cases it will be through a transport company in the way that we indicate in the RETURNS POLICY section.

At the moment it is impossible for us to have the operations of physical shop and online shop united, so we do not accept returns of online purchases in our physical shop.

Under no circumstances will we accept returns that have not been previously accepted by our FORM.

If products of different brands are purchased in an order and you wish to return them. The customer must make the return to their respective warehouses, being able to be the place of return in more than one location.

We don't accept returns of products, made to order or tailored to your measurements for any product or brand.

In the event that a customer has purchased a product through our website and wishes to change the size or colour of the product, this can be done by sending an email to [email protected] this change will be considered binding and therefore the invoice sent in advance to the customer will not be valid.

The brands: Jeorjett, Ariamo Fashion Group, Pollardi Fashion Group, Emabride, Silviamo, Oksana Mukha, Lanesta, Christian Koehlert, Nuribel, Lauren Lynn London, Ricca Sposa and KS among others, do not have stock. All their products are made to order and are produced exclusively for the customer as specified on the product cards. This is why there is no option of dissent according to art. 103 of the Consumer Law and there is no right of withdrawal in custom-made or personalised purchases. Their manufacturing time is approximately two to four months plus shipping time.

Some of these workshops are located in Europe and Eastern Europe such as Russia, Ukraine or Poland among others, their shipping times may be longer than usual due to customs retentions and distance.

INVITADISIMA is not responsible for the times and delays in these shipments as it depends on the courier companies and customs institutions. Express shipments are made once the customs formalities have been completed.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal on a personalised, made-to-measure or made-to-order product, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Under no circumstances can you exercise your right of withdrawal if the product has entered the cutting or workshop.

Return policies

Return policy

You shall not be entitled to withdraw from the contract for the supply of any of the following products:

- Personalised items.

- Made-to-measure / made-to-order items.

- Goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons which have been unsealed after delivery.

- Goods that do not have the security label guaranteeing that they have not been used.

Your right to withdraw from the contract will only apply to those products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be given if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product, products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item(s) using or including all original packaging, instructions and any other accompanying documents. Under no circumstances will we accept products that have been modified or tampered with.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product, starting on the first day of receipt of the product(s).

In order to return an order, you must fill in the following FORM. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return the goods in any packaging, as long as this ensures that the items are not lost. In all cases the cost of the return will be borne by the customer, except for products with manufacturing or transport defects.

Please note that, once the order has been delivered, in the event of exercising the legal or contractual right of withdrawal, when you are the one who organises the transport of the same, without this service having been offered by us, we cannot assume the risk on the return package when it refers to causes not attributable to INVITADISIMA or its collaborating brands.

On the form, you can choose 14 calendar days return or instant return. After examining the article, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The reimbursement of transport costs will only be made when the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal deadline and all the items that make up the order in question are returned. The reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within the legal deadline from the day you informed us of your intention to withdraw. The refund will always be made using the same means of payment that you used to pay for the purchase, except when a gift voucher is presented for the refund. In the latter case, the refund will be made by card or credit voucher. You will assume the cost and risk of returning the products to us, as indicated above. If we receive an item after the stipulated period, in poor condition, with incorrect content or which, in short, does not meet the characteristics to be able to withdraw from the contract, you will not be entitled to a refund. We will contact you and if after one (1) month from when we put the article at your disposal you have not collected it or you refuse to receive it, we will not be responsible for it and it will be considered abandoned. We shall be entitled to charge you for the corresponding costs if it is possible to arrange the return of the package to your attention.

Likewise, remember that you will be responsible for the content of the return package when using any of the return options offered by INVITADISIMA or its partner brands. In the event that there is an error in the content of the return package not attributable to INVITADISIMA or its partner brands, we will be authorised to charge you the corresponding costs if it is possible to manage the return of the package to your attention. In any case, the rights and actions recognised by the legislation in force shall remain unaffected.

The customer must ensure that the product(s) arrive at the address provided, at the latest, within fourteen calendar days from the date on which the intention to withdraw from the contract was first communicated. If this is not the case, you will lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with current legislation.

FORCE MAJEURE - events beyond our control

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of our obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). Force Majeure shall include any act, event, default, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the following:

1. Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.

2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.

4. Impossibility of the use of trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.

5. Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.

6. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions by any government or public authority.

7. Obligations shall be deemed to be suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure Event continues, and we shall have an extension of time to perform such obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. We will use all reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution that will enable us to perform our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.

REFUND POLICY

Do you refund the money?

Yes, you have two refund options, immediately or within 14 calendar days, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount. And it will be made in the same payment method in which the purchase was made. Only the expense of the products is reimbursed, never the shipping costs, in the event that there have been any. In the event that we reject your return for garments that are not in perfect condition or are out of date, you will receive an email indicating this.

Remember that this exchange and return policy is only for orders placed online. Orders purchased in a store have their own policies. Policies duly indicated at the point of sale.

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the day you receive it. If the change or return is not requested within 14 days, it will be rejected and you will have to pay the shipping costs so that we can send it to you again, or send it to your transport company, with prior notice and authorization from us. To approve the return, we will check that the product(s) is(are) in perfect condition, unused, with no signs of use, odorless, unwashed and with their labels.

What can't I return?

Products made to order, this product is made when you place the order exclusively for you. At INVITADISIMA, we are very aware of slow fashion, which makes fashion an increasingly sustainable industry and avoids spending resources unnecessarily on garments that may or may not be consumed.

The brands that work made to order are and do not have stock available: Jeorjett, Ariamo Fashion Group, Pollardi Fashion Group, Emabride, Silviamo, Oksana Mukha, Lanesta, Christian Koehlert, Nuribel(indicate the product made to order) , Lauren Lynn London (indicate the product on request), Ricca Sposa, Christian Koehlert and KS among others. This is why there is no option of dissent according to art. 103 of the Consumer Law there is no right of withdrawal in custom or personalized purchases. Its manufacturing time can take from two to four months approximately plus its shipping times.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be made immediately or within 14 calendar days. When you fill out the form and you finish it, we will proceed to manage the return, with the same payment method that the payment was made. You can decide that we pick it up at the address you indicate or you can also send it by yourself.

RETURNS WITH INVITADISIMA

If you want to do it through the INVITADISIMA returns system, including insurance on your return, we will discount an amount of:

    • Shipping from Spain (peninsula): 7.50 euros.
    • Shipping from Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 17.50 euros.
    • Shipping from Europe : 17.50 euros.
    • International shipping (outside the EU): 22.50 euros.

    This will be the shipping price that you must bear, for each return box that you have to send us, except if the return is for tare. In this case, INVITADISIMA will cover all the expenses incurred.

    RETURNS AT YOUR OWN ACCOUNT

    In the case of wanting to do it on your own and not wanting to use the INVITADISIMA returns system, you will have 14 calendar days to return the product including the day you receive the package.

    In all cases, returns must be managed through our form. Not being accepted returns that have not been made through this route.


    How do I make a return?

    It is very simple, in just just two steps, you can make the return in the following form:

    Later, in the form itself, you only have to indicate the reason for the change or return and then, if you want us to pick you up at your home You want to return it on your own by taking it to a "collection point".

    < strong>When will I receive my label?

    If you have already processed the devo solution and can't find the tag:

    • Please check your inbox for the following email address; [email protected]. It may have landed in spam, so check that folder just in case.
    • If you haven't received the label 48 hours after the return request, please fill out this form requesting a new one and we'll proceed to send it to them.
    • If you live outside the European Union and you have not received the label 48 hours after the processing request, it is because we are still collecting the corresponding documents for customs release. Please allow us a little more time and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

    Can I return the product to the physical store?

    No, unfortunately we cannot accept returns in the store. We will let you know where to send it using the label when we process your return or exchange.

    How does the process work?

    1. To request a successful return, you must access the return form, which will redirect you to a portal.
    2. In the portal , include your order number and the email with which the purchase was made.
    3. Click on each item you wish to return and its corresponding return method.
    4. Select your method preferred logistics provider and complete the process.
    5. Once the process is complete, you will receive a label to return the product. You must stick it to the package and follow the instructions established in the email that contains the label.
