Shipping and Returns

Product shipment
Standard shipments are free of charge in Spain. As a basic rule, the products are shipped within 48 hours following the reception of the payment, through varies companies such as UPS, MRW o Correos Express (among others) With a tracking number and no signature required at the moment of delivery. If you want a 24/48 H express delivery, you must specify it at the moment of ordering and you will be charged an additional cost. Do not hesitate to contact us in case you have any doubt at the moment of using this shipping option. Not all brands accept this shipment method, please read the product description carefully. Whatever the shipment method of your choice you will be provided with a tracking number. Any shipping cost covers for the manipulation, transportation and postal fees. Manipulation costs are fixed while transportation costs can vary depending on the weight of the product. We recommend you regroup all your articles in one order. If you order products from different companies, you will receive the products in several instances and from different shipping companies. We decline all responsibility for any damage that may occur during the transport, however we do our best to make our fragile products the most secure possible. Packages and big in order to ensure safety of transportation. Shipping may be subjected to border taxes in case of foreign shipment.

Shipment Return
Our objective is always to insure our clients satisfaction, which we aim to achieve everyday. At this time it is not possible to insure free return, for it is depending on the client. We will do all that is in our power in order to make it possible. 

We accept returns from 7 to 15 days,  Depending on the return policy of the brand regarding this specific product.

In our high fashion section and for products hand tailored, returns are not accepted. We refuse returns of jewelry and other accesories for reasons of hygiene.

We don't accept returns of products made to order or made to your measurements. We don't accept returns of accesories for reasons of hygiene.

The return fees are billed to the client.

We don't accept returns of products, made to order or tailored to your measurements for any product or brand.

In the case of a purchase through our website, and if you desire to change its size or color please contact us at . This change will be considered as binding and will generate a new bill, therefore invalidating the previous one.

Return policies

Clients can return their product within a time frame of 7 to 15 days depending on the brand policy(read their respective policies)from the date of purchase, in which case the transaction will be canceled and the company will refund de amount of the transaction after the reception of the returned product. Accesories can't be refunded for reasons of hygiene.

To be elegible for your refund, you must comply with the following conditions:

Product must come in its original packaging: Boxes, bags and tags.

Remain unstained

No marks of usage of any type

Fulfil all the the specifics previously mentioned.

Respect the conditions asked by the brand:

Brands that don't accept returns: of their products: Acus Complementos, Alice & Blair, BCN Hanami, Bombay Sunset, Daixa Somed, Debona, Elenitos, EME Jewels, Joliet Joyas, KOA, Lavani, Li Jewels, Marcela and Co, Welowe, Lauren Lynn London complementos, Mut Madrid, Myriam Moreno, Nicola Finetti, Nuribel y Nuribel Couture (bajo pedido).

Brands with specific return conditions: In all cases the refund must be initiated by the client, and will be vetted for the responsability of the product incombs to the client until its return to the brand.

Alenia, Magadán: Purchases can be refunded during 10 days after the day of the purchase.

Altezza, Auguro Sempre, Fátima Angulo, P&Roses: All returns and modification must be done within 7 days after the reception date. 

Ana Polo Shoes: In case of deffect you have a period of 15 days from the reception of your order to initiate the return or the modification of your product.

Apricity, Hupit: You have 15 days after receiving the order to return your product(it must get back to us within this period) .

Auguro Sempre: A 7 day period to return the product after the reception. Returns are not available for tailored and modified products.

Cayro Woman, Lamusa Woman, Gatsbylady London, Kiyonna:30 days since the reception of the order, you need to send it back via registered mail, the products are the responsability of the client until they reach us.

Closet London: In case of insatisfaction, you dispose of 28 days to return the product.

Arimoka, Coco Veve, Crazy London, Revie London, Zibi London, Angela Valentine Handbags, Leandra, Sarvin, MAUI, Meryfor, Milazzo, TEZ Originals, Vestidissima: 14 days since the reception of the product.

Hinsomnia After you receive the product you have 48 h to ask to return the product. Passed this period, passed this perios you still have the option to make modification during a period of 15 days from the day of reception.

Lauren Lynn London: Accesories and tailored or made to order products can't be returned.

The remaining brands offer a 15 days return period for normal products and a 7 days period for discounted products, including products paid with a promotional code or any type of special offer.

Lamatte: In case of insatisfaction you can return your product within the 2 days following the reception date.

Luisa Monzón: During the 3 days following the reception of the product.

Mordisco de Mujer: The span for all products is 7 days starting the day of reception, and for outlet products 3 working days.

nuribel.In case of promotion or discount the return time is of 3 working days. In the case of returning a discounted product the shipping cost will be deduced of the money returned to the client(7€). The products realised on order or tailored specificaly can't be returned.
