Breathable mackintosh

BRAND

RainSisters is a small brand of women's designer coats based in Riga (Latvia), founded and run by three sisters, Zanda, Zaiga and Zane, who combine their expertise in architectural design, textile technologies and finance with a love of fashion.

COMPOSITION AND CARE

The RainSisters hooded mackintosh is made from a membrane fabric better known as softshell material. It is made of a fabric that is very flexible, functional (waterproof and breathable fabric, warm and windproof) and, guess what: very, very soft and comfortable.

Wash the cape coat gently in the washing machine at 30°C maximum;

Use hand wash if necessary for stains;

Do not use fabric softener liquids;

Do not tumble dry the coat;

Do not bleach the coat;

Do not iron the coat.

ABOUT ME

Waterproof: (10,000mm) for extra comfort it is recommended to spend a short time of no more than 60-120min in a light pressure rain (when normally using the umbrella) or snow. Not suitable for showers.
Breathable: (5.000 gsm) best for casual city walks also on sunny days.
Warm and windproof: There are no guidelines for this. But we like to wear our coats from -5°C/23°F (a quick walk to the car) to +20°C/68°F (in the evening, over a light summer dress).
